Exchange

S1mpleSwap is an automated market maker (AMM) that allows a user to exchange two tokens on the Binance Smart Chain network. The liquidity provided to the exchange comes from Liquidity Providers ("LPs") who stake their tokens in Liquidity Pools.

When a user makes a token swap (trade) on the exchange, a trading fee of 0.1% will be charged, which is broken down in the following way:

  • 0.08% is returned to liquidity providers in the form of a fee reward

  • 0.02% goes to the S1mpleSwap treasury

The S1mpleSwap Exchange offers several features that support decentralized trading:

Swapping/Trading

S1mpleSwap lets users trade without the need to go through a Centralized Exchange. Everything you do on S1mpleSwap is routed directly through your own wallet—no need to trust someone else with your coins!

Liquidity Pools

You can only swap tokens on S1mpleSwap, if there is enough liquidity for those tokens. If nobody has added much liquidity for the token or tokens you want to swap, it will be difficult, expensive, or impossible to do so.

Providing liquidity will get you LP Tokens, which will earn you rewards in the form of trading fees for making sure there's always liquidity for the exchange to use.
